Then with your permission, we will make introductions to those firms which have the most interest for you.

We provide an objective evaluation of your needs and a third part perspective on your potential broker-dealer/employer which is not normally available. In addition, we can give you access as necessary to many other resources and relationships which can be helpful to your business.

Forthrightness in our dealings together. Tell us if you’re happy. Tell us if you’re NOT.

We do not charge fees to you. We get paid only by fees from broker-dealers to whom we introduce candidates. If you contact a broker-dealer directly, we are of no value to that firm and cannot earn a fee. Therefore, we ask that if you decide to work with us, all initial contacts with broker-dealers be made through us. If you have already contacted some firms on your own, we need to know which ones. If there is a firm about which you have heard positive comments and we have not mentioned it, please let us know. In all likelihood, we can work with the firm and would be happy to get you the information.
