• Clients, positions, and candidates shall be represented honestly and factually;
• We accept only those assignments which we can complete within a reasonable period of time;
• We do not solicit and recruit employees from client companies;
• We never reveal privileged information received from our client or our candidates;
• A client may terminate our services at any time and we may do the same.
